I think I met most of the Bridgend team over the course of the last few months while I was buying my new home. Each of them were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The house I have just purchased was managed through Daniel Matthew’s Estate Agent. They were excellent at keeping the process moving along and for me being able to communicate with the seller of the property and vice versa. Nothing was to much work for them. A really fantastic service from both the Bridgend and Barry team from start to finish, with a special mention for Hayley Margetts who was incredibly helpful, responsive to emails and came back with information when she said she would. I recently completed on the purchase of a property which was sold through Daniel Matthews estate agents. Having purchased several properties in the past, I had a reasonable expectation of the involvement usually provided by estate agents with such property transactions. However, Daniel Matthews exceeded all my previous expectations, time and again. From the initial house hunting to finalising the purchase (all done in a matter of 6 weeks I must add), the guys at Daniel Matthews went above and beyond, making sure I was always kept in the loop, ensuring I found the right property for me and my family, and really caring that I was comfortable with every aspect of the potential purchase. They liaised with the vendors directly when my solicitors had sent out queries to expedite the purchase. They gave my family and I a mini-tour of the local area. They even gave suggestions on possible home improvements during the house viewings. I really cannot rate them highly enough. Even after completion they sent me congratulatory emails, wishing my family and I all the best in our new home.
